RPO Clerks 1950

about 1950 two railroad post office clerks in Delmar on the Mail train.  They are Herman R. Fleetwood (1906-1971 from Georgetown) and G, Mitchell Boulden (1918-1994 from Elkton)

Boulden would later become Postmaster in Elkton
