The Loyal Temperance Legion was the children's branch of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union.  It's members were ages six to twelve. It's slogan was "Tremble, King Alcohol, We Shall Grow Up".  In an age when women were referred to by their husbands Name "Mrs Marion Bradley" and single women, widows and children were referred to by their actual name, this explains why there were no Miss or Mrs attached to the members names.
