The Delmar Fire Company will join the parade in Baltimore,
May 13the when the celebration of the Maryland Annual Convention will be held.
V. J. Carmine and M. B. Sherwood attended the
Sixtieth Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery , Knights Templar of the State
of Maryland held in the Masonic Temple, Baltimore Wednesday , May 14th.
Mr. and Mrs. Carroll, Mrs. Harlan Waller, Mr. and
Mrs V. J. Carmine attended the ninth
annual session of the Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star of Delaware that
was held in the Y. M. C. A. building, Wilmington, this week.
Mrs. Harvey Kirk and Mrs. Blanche Melson have
returned from a visit with Senator and Mrs. Vansant of Richardson Park. They attended the session of the Grand
Chapter O. E. S. of Delaware, while away.
Mrs. Annie Waller and grand-daughter, Esther Lee,
left Monday night for Denver, where Mrs. Waller will represent Delaware
Federation of Women’s Clubs at the General Federation that is in session this
week.
