In 1923 Frank Truitt and Howard
B. Nichols bought Moraine’s Restaurant in Delmar. The restaurant, close to the train station, was a 24 hour
operation since the trains rolled through town 24 hours a day. Howard Nichols would later buy Frank Truitt out and it would become just Nichols restaurant. An earlier post detail other facts about the restaurant, see the below web address.
