Alford A Hughes (1849-1929) was a real estate agent. He was married to Harriot "Hattie" Damaris bailey (1864-1939) and they lived at 709 Grove Street in Delmar. They were only in Delmar a couple of years before moving on to Missouri. He would die there.
Notice the wide range of crops on this 50 acre farm unlike todays farms that are mostly grain grown for chicken feed.
