D C Culver Confectionery Store

An often shown picture of D C Culver Store.  The photo was taken after a storm passed through the area and the front window was blown out.  Dan Culver store was about where town hall is today.  He sold furniture, food, and misc.

Daniel Collins Culver was born in 1904 to Harold Lee Culver and Emma L. Marvil Culver.  He would marry Aline E. Cannon in 1927.  They would have a daughter, Joan.  Dan Culver would pass away on September 2, 1963.   The building was put up for sale in 1964.
